Life is the most beautiful competition that exists, however, some have a life apparently without problems and others, on the contrary, it seems that life has been cruel to them, however, it is not so, we all have the power to feel how we want to be.

For starters, if at this point you look around and think about your life that you have had or are having and it is not what you really wanted or you have problems that afflict you and you are constantly depressed, here are some TIPS to help you stop being depressed and stop thinking there is no solution.

1 ° SELF ANALYSIS.-

The first TIP is difficult, but it is the starting point, stop playing the role of victim and get to work, no one hates it, no one wants to hurt you, and if they did it is time to leave it behind and overcome it, But how can I do it? Simple, make a box with 6 columns and the rows that are necessary.

Make an enumerated list and in the 1st column put all the things that have happened to you and that you have not liked or that have generated a negative feeling or deep sadness.

In the 2nd column write the year or approximate date in which they occurred, in the 3rd column who caused it, in the 4th column what physical effect (i.e. a scar, mark, amputation, etc.) or some irreversible fact (they threw you out of the work, lost something, someone’s death, etc.) had on you. In the 5th column, actions you took to remedy it or to prevent it from happening. Finally, in the 6th column, place if the event continues to occur (Yes / No).

You will realize through this exercise that you have not done what is necessary, so that it does not happen again, you have also realized that the negative events have not caused you irreversible damage to take action and move on, therefore, it means that the negative fact took over his mind and prevents him from forgetting it, it also causes a negative sequel that is “getting depressed” thinking about it.

Check your list daily until you get no negative feelings or memories and when that happens, tear up the paper. You will see that you will feel a great relief.

2 ° SELF MOTIVATION.-

After self-analyzing, reflect and speak through a mirror and say the following:

“From this day everything changes”, “Everything bad will change for good” … and I will tirelessly, even if I do not see results on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd day, maybe even after the 1st month. I will do it because I love myself (remember verse in the mirror), “I neglected you and let negative things happen to you without doing anything about it”, “It is not fair to see me like this, to be the happiest person”, just for being me, “I love you”, “You are a precious gift of life”, and I will not waste another second with self-pity, “I can” and “I will”.

Repeat those words every time private thoughts come back to you.

3rd SELF INSPIRATION.-

After self-motivation comes self-inspiration, what does it mean?

Look around you, the space, where you are at the moment, at home, in the city, at work, etc., you will see that you have not created your own inspiration, how do you do it? You must surround yourself with things that you like or bring you good memories, look in your possessions, articles, from an object that was given to you by someone who loves you a lot like a family member, a friend, or a childhood memory or that you got in an award or with his work, anything that when he looks at it takes away a slight smile or a nice and pleasant memory.

On the other hand, if you did not have any object that causes those positive emotions, think about the food, fruit, candy that perhaps you have at your fingertips, run, look for it and feel its smell or eat it and let the sensation of pleasure invade your senses.

If there isn’t something like that either, just close your eyes and remember a time from your childhood, youth, or the current time when something like a funny anecdote happened, or something you saw that caused you only good, funny emotions and positive (beware: please do not think about the bad things, do not let those memories seal your life and take over your mind).

The trick of this activity is that you have and constantly keep the memory of good, beautiful and happy things in your life and there are many. Maybe happy songs or music that just calms him down and maybe he can make them dance …

4 ° CLEANING.-

Everything negative must be removed and let go, I recommend getting rid of any object, message, place that causes that feeling of depression, for example: if one is depressed by an ex-boyfriend, it is no use keeping memories, I recommend removing everything, absolutely everything that causes those memories, if it is depression maybe because of the place where you live because you have sad memories, find another place, dare, leave that place, if not, it is time to “remodel”, it is say change places, clean, order, let the light into your house, play happy music, eat something you love (fruit, chocolate, food), fill with happy memories the place you are, no investment needed economic but yes “decision” and a small investment of time.

If one is depressed due to some “type of physical limitation”, that is, someone who has just undergone surgery cannot get up, someone is locked up or limited not to go out (quarantine for example), or for some reason cannot carry out their activities normally, remember They can limit the physical body but not the mind, so get to work on your mind, let it open, don’t waste it thinking only self destructively, for example: think of the new activities you will do when you recover, think of all your ancestors (grandparents, great-grandparents, etc.) who did it with less of everything. If you have the advantage of being able to access the internet, look for inspiration, but only good. Call a loved one, talk about good and happy things even if they don’t feel like this. Make the effort! You will begin to feel better. You will love it … and you will be starting to create your own positive memories of your life. Remember how bad is not forever.

5 ° KEEP YOUR MIND BUSY.-

The mind is a great ally or you are the worst negative, in the process of transformation, depressing thoughts will obviously come to you, which you will not be able to control, so always, always, keep your mind busy, that is, if your daily activity is “routine” That is, he does the same thing, dominates it and consequently gives him time to think about getting depressed.

Always think about what to do or what to learn and do it, also, the more challenging or difficult it is, your mind will use your skills to carry them out, for example, in your daily routine put motivational videos, music or television that are auditively distracting While doing your daily activities, so that your mind is not thinking about getting depressed and can be distracted, but above all, it is advised to keep yourself busy doing something productive, this will become a habit and then a good routine, which will not only make you not depress but to strengthen and give importance to positive activities and that will improve in every way.

Put these TIPS into practice on a daily basis and you will see the positive change it causes in you.
